Colorado Vacation!

This past weekend my family and I went to Colorado Springs for a wedding. We rented a house for a few days, along with my Grandma, Uncle Roger & Aunt Pam, and a bunch of cousins. We saw six deer outside one morning, resting close to the house!

Most of the Bergen clan was in Colorado Springs, and we greatly enjoyed the weekend together! Apart from attending/helping out with the wedding, we spent our time rock climbing, hiking, and unicycling.
And since a picture is said to be worth a thousand words...here are a few thousand words for you.

Can you find my cousin Mark up on top?
 Maybe this next picture will help.

Hellooooo down there!!

Rock climbing, using the natural hand- and foot-holds in the rock.

Nearby, there was an obstacle course which was a lot of fun with the unicycles!

And I couldn't be out in the midst of God's splendor without getting
at least a few pictures of the rocks and mountains! These pictures were taken
from Red Rock Canyon, which is where we did most of our hiking and unicycling.

 I absolutely love the beauty of Pike's Peak in the background!

O LORD, our Lord,
How excellent is Your name in all the earth,
Who have set Your glory above the heavens!
Psalm 8:1

Give unto the LORD the glory due to His name;
Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
Psalm 29:2

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
Let Your glory be above all the earth.
Psalm 57:5

Brit, what great pictures!! God has made such a beautiful canvas for us to enjoy all in order to praise Him and give Him the glory for His creation. I just love your family. Thanks for sharing glimpses into the lives of the Bergens.
